Bugs

Bugs are when the software misbehaves; i.e. When the software does something it shouldn't.

Feature Requests

A feature request is a user's wish; i.e. When the software doesn't do something you think it should.

Submitting a Bug

After you've searched all the issues in the tracker to make sure you're not reposting an issue that is being worked on, collect as much information as possible about your own operating system or browser. Make sure you give the developer who will be working on the issue enough information so that the error can be reproduced, e.g. the URL where media is marked with a traditional copyright on Ourmedia although the user selected a CC license.

Submitting a Feature Request

When submitting a feature request, just tell in as much detail as possible what you would like Ourmedia to be able to do. The developers will confer and see if the feature is feasible and where it stands along the development roadmap.
