Upcoming changes currently on staging

Help me test out some of the new goodies before we deploy to the production system. Changes include:

• Player: support for M3U, XSPF, RSS playlists (sorry Lucas!) using JW and XSPF open-source Flash players. Enhanced support for youtube.com and archive.org media urls that do not include file extensions useful for determining media type. Also, various bug fixes related to lead video display and testing with more types of Flash video from sites like AOL, Comedy Central, iFilm and others.
• Channels Directory: Added link to "Create Channel" in Channels Diretory header. Increase search box width in CSS and reduce font size to match rest of page.
• New popup player (see any channel) and embedded players (see Ojai Digital Dojo for an example).

The following changes have been "copied" over (i.e., copied or replicated by hand in admin menus).

• Changed "New groups" to "New channels" in sidebar.
• .entry selector added to production style.css
