Thumbnail API's

Here are some useful links for thumbnail API's we are hoping to incorporate soon.

  the new part is "format=...." which will pick the (first alphabetical) filename
  in the item that is of that format.

  the "/serve/" (instead of "/download/") will make sure to *not* increment
our download counts on our servers (since if you are just trying to embed
an image in a page somewhere, it's not really like a user clicked on some
file in the item and "download"-ed it)
