Developer Tasks Updated

There are some new wiki pages that should help organize all the tasks for the new Ourmedia.

JD wrote up development priorities and I created a list of developer tasks. There may be some overlap for the moment. My list is made up mainly from the last month's worth of emails with JD and others, plus a lot of general cleanup tasks that I have noticed since I have been working on the site. The more I get to know Drupal, mySQL, Apache and Linux, the more things I find to do. The Lullabot seminar on Performance and Scalability that I attended was a great investment. Both in time and money. I learned much from that and have a much better idea now of how to deal with many of these issues.
